Shipping Conditions
Free shipping on all orders over A$200 domestically (Australia).
All products are dispatched and shipped from Sydney, Australia within 2 business days. If you make an order on a Friday, we will ship this on the following Monday or Tuesday latest.
AUSTRALIA
For all australian domestic addresses, this will be shipped with Australian Post Express Shipping (2-3 business days).
INTERNATIONAL
For all International addresses, this will be shipped via DHL or UPS. This may vary depending on country and as such, please reach out via our email at netsujou.australia@gmail.com if you have any questions. There will be tracking information provided to monitor your delivery. Customer will be responsible for any local taxes or custom duties in their country as a result of the purchase.
